Sermon Title :
Always Do that Which Pleases the Father
Praise and Worship
Sermon

Some people are so caught up in “self”- what they think and feel are all that they really value. All is about their own self-will vs the will of God. This attitude is dangerous! With this focus on self, there is little consideration for God’s perfect will. This was true of many who were in the temple during the last days of Jesus life. Jesus taught those in the temple to release their personal will so that God’s perfect will can be manifested within them. As Jesus teaches us, we must give up that selfish personal self-will so that God’s perfect will can manifest in our lives. It is God’s perfect will that Jesus manifests as He goes to the cross to save us from sin, bring us salvation and eternal life in glory.
