Believers often confess
their love and dedication to God. We commit our lives
and dedication to Him. This all sounds
so great when we tell ourselves and others who will
listen these great things. But what actually happens
when God calls us
into service to Him? Some us debate whether to answer
His call, often forgetting or even denying our
commitment to Him.
Why do we do this? For many reasons we think that we can
determine whether we can serve God and when we want to
serve Him. As lovers and children of our Father, the
most important lesson is that He is God, God controls
and determines
what He wants us to do. He expects us to be obedient in
all things. Ask Jonah!! |
